Always ask for testimonials/reviews from clients from whichever SEO company you choose. If they are actually doing a good job for their clients, they’d be happy to provide them to you. Make sure you get email addresses and phone numbers from these clients so that you can contact them yourself.
Also, try to avoid contracts with search engine optimization companies. We never ask for contracts and we only ask for a 30-day termination notice. If we’re not doing a good job for our clients, we don’t want them to feel as though they are stuck with us.
