Award Realty’s Vegas Condo Scene sells the best high rise condos that are currently for sale in Las Vegas and includes over a dozen buildings such as the MGM Signature, the Trump Tower, Palms Place, The Martin, The Veer and various others. The condos for sale can go anywhere from $300,000 to $5,000,000 with some condo towers located in the heart of Las Vegas’s downtown strip.

They have experienced, licensed agents with over 19 years of experience that can help you with your condo search and purchase. Their agents have represented a broad spectrum of clients and include one of the top high rise condo specialists in the Las Vegas market.

On top of the web design, Vegas Condo Scene wanted us to do search engine optimization for them to bring more traffic to the site which in turn will bring them more condo sales.

Our Challenge

Vegas Condo Scene was non existant before they came to us, all they had was a domain name. The buildings that are gong to be featured on the site are some of the most expensive and luxurious in Las Vegas and we wanted the website to reflect that. We needed to make the experience easy to use and look good on as many devices as possible because the site is meant for international buyers as well as domestic. On top of this we would be doing SEO for them competing with some of the top Las Vegas Real Estate agencies.

Our Approach

With this project we were provided a logo from the client so we used that as a starting place and matched the color scheme to reflect the logo’s colors.

We made sure it was easy to get the listings through a button the homepage which goes directly to a grid of featured towers. Clicking on each of the featured towers will bring you to a page including all listings available for that particular tower, floor-plan amenities, on-site development amenities and attractions nearby.

We wanted to feature the experience and accomplishments of the agents and make it easy to get in contact with them. We did this by having a phone number on the top of every page as well as a contact form at the bottom of the homepage and all of the listings pages.
